NY Bank Hapoalim evacuated in bomb scare

NEW YORK — New York City police responded Wednesday to a report of a suspicious package at Bank Hapoalim in midtown Manhattan.
No injuries were reported, but several floors of the Israeli commercial bank were evacuated before police determined that the package did not contain a bomb.
It's not clear whether a package was mailed to the bank, or found there, the Associated Press reported. Police received a call at 9:55 a.m. EST.
