Obama says P5+1 gave Iran 'a framework to re-enter the international community'

US President Barack Obama said Wednesday that P5+1 has "presented a framework" to Iran that would allow them to "re-enter the international community."
"There haven't been a lot of cracks in our lines," Obama said of nuclear talks up to this point, including with regards to cooperation from Russia.
Obama said he prefers a deal to alternatives "including military action" but that "no deal is better than a bad deal."

Also on Wednesday, Senator Lindsey Graham vowed to present legislation requiring any Iran nuclear deal to pass through Congress in an up or down vote.
