Obama: US won't 'be cowed' by North Korea

Obama US wont be cowe

President Barack Obama said on Saturday that the US and the world will not "be cowed" by North Korea's threats and nuclear belligerence.
Delivering a major address in Tokyo, the US president said that Pyongyang must learn that its failure to meet international obligations on its nuclear arsenal "will lead only to less security - not more."
The president said a brighter future for isolated North Korea lay only in its return to six-party talks with the United States, Japan, South Korea, China and Russia.
