US President Barack Obama "will not tolerate [Bashar Assad's] use of chemical weapons against Syrian people or transfer [of weapons] to terrorists," he announced during a speech at the Jerusalem International Convention Center Thursday.He added that, "Syrian people have a right to be freed from a dictator that would rather kill his own people, than relinquish power. He added that Syria requires a government that is responsible to its people."Assad must go," he said.
