Former prime minister Ehud Olmert has formed a new international consulting firm with former Mossad chief Meir Dagan and former IDF chief of staff Dan Halutz, a source close to one of the three said Sunday.The source confirmed a report in the economic newspaper Globes that the three men had registered the company with the Israel Corporations Authority. The report said that "EOC Partners" was owned 46 percent by Olmert, 40% by a company run by Halutz, and 14% by Dagan."The company will advise countries and companies outside Israel with diplomacy, strategy, and security issues," the source said.
