One man shot dead in Beduin family feud in the Negev

A family feud between two Beduin clans in Israel's south left a man shot dead on Thursday morning in a drive-by shooting at the Negev junction.
Southern District police said the man was sitting in a white transit van at the junction when shots were fired from a passing car which fled. The victim was ruled dead at the scene.
Police set up roadblocks and scrambled a helicopter to try to spot the car, but so far no arrests have been reported.
Police said that the incident is criminal and they have passed the case over to the Negev's special YAMAR investigative unit.
