Palestinian Islamic Jihad Secretary-General Ziyad al-Nakhala arrived in Cairo on Wednesday to discuss issues concerning Palestinians in talks with the head of Egyptian intelligence.
According to the PIJ, al-Nakhala was invited by Egyptian officials. The visit comes just weeks after a Hamas delegation including the leader of the movement, Ismail Haniyeh, held talks with Egyptian officials about Palestinian issues as well.
