Palestinian news: Palestinian youth shot dead by IDF soldiers near Ramallah

Palestinian news agency Ma'an reported that a 14-year-old youth was shot dead by IDF soldiers in al-Jalazun refugee camp near Ramallah on Saturday.
According to the report the youth was shot "in the back by an Israeli sniper in front of his school." 
Ma'an reported that locals near the site of the incident said there were no clashes or rock throwing that may have provoked the killing.   
The IDF Spokesperson's Office said they were investigating.
