The Palestinian Authority's (PA) security forces began a partial withdrawal from the town of Abu Dis east of Jerusalem Friday morning.
According to Palestinian sources, there's been a partial withdrawal. Not all the PA security forces operating there have left.
On Tuesday, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas declared the PA "absolved" itself of all agreements and understandings with Israel and the United States.
