The Palestinian Authority's Central Elections Commission reopened its Gaza office Wednesday after receiving keys to the building from Hamas on Tuesday.One of the central elements of a Fatah-Hamas reconciliation agreement currently being implemented is the holding of elections, which have been scheduled for May of this year.
