President Shimon Peres expressed his condolences to the family of Pvt. Eden Atias who was stabbed to death by a Palestinian youth on Wednesday in Afula."We are upset of this despicable murder. Every soul in Israel is a whole world in our hearts," Peres said."I'm certain the government and the whole country will do whatever it takes so cases like that will not repeat."
