Tel Aviv District Court on Tuesday approved a plea bargain reached in a gang rape at a north Tel Aviv school.The deal was reached when prosecutors removed the counts of rape from the indictment, instead listing lesser crimes. The reduced charges would limit possible jail-time to six years and eight months.
