Kadima resumed its campaign against the drought levy on Thursday morning upon Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's arrival in Israel from Paris. Party activists hung dozens of signs along the prime minister's route from Ben Gurion International Airport to his residence in Jerusalem, calling on the prime minister to cancel the controversial tax.
