PMO: Netanyahu is one that conducts talks in Israel's name

Following a speech by Minister of Foreign Affairs Avigdor Lieberman at the UN General Assembley on Tuesday the Prime Ministers Office released a statement saying "[Prime Minister Binyamin] Netanyahu is the one that conducts the negotiations in the name of Israel.
During his speech in New York Lieberman recommended a “two-staged” solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that “could take a few decades,” and said a final status agreement would entail “not land-for-peace, but rather, exchange of populated territory.”
Responding to these comments the PMO statement said that "the content of the foreign minister's speech at the UN was not arranged with the prime minister in advance."
