Police on Saturday arrested an Eritrean migrant suspected of engaging in sexual activity with a 13-year-old girl, police announced Sunday.A passerby who saw the act being committed alerted the police.The suspect was set to be remanded Sunday at the Tel Aviv District Court.Police were investigating the incident.
