Police arrested the owners of the pool in Yehud where a four-year-old toddler was injured in a drowning incident on Friday.
He will be brought before the Magistrate's Court in Tel Aviv tonight for a hearing on extending his detention.
Preliminary investigation indicated that there was no lifeguard at the scene.
