Police arrests suspects trying to enter Temple Mount near the Gate of Mercy

Police arrested three suspected senior night that led to the violation of the judicial order prohibiting entry to the rooms near the Gate of Mercy Temple Mount, according to a police spokesperson.

Subsequently, the police intend to carry out additional arrests of suspects who were involved in the violation and live in East Jerusalem and the territories.

The Israel Police has explained that they will take a hard hand and account for anyone who violates the law, arrangement and status quo on the Temple Mount and will allow freedom of worship while maintaining the public order and security of all visitors to the Temple Mount and the Old City.
