Police: Car in Haifa crash apparently moved in high speed

Following a car accident on Saturday in Haifa in which four people were killed after their car crashed into a wall and went up in flames, an officer in the Police Traffic Division, Haim Halfon, said "it is too early to determine how fast the vehicle traveled, but it appears that it traveled at a high speed."
He noted that an eyewitness told police that the vehicle was moving at a high speed and passed her on the road.
From the force of the collision, a wall from a nearby military base broke, police said.
