Police: Dozens at Israel Rail arrested for corruption related offenses

Following an undercover investigation the police arrested 25 Israel Rail workers on bribery, money laundering, and other corruption related offenses.
Police said the tens of millions of dollars were involved.
In response, an Israel Railways spokesman stressed that the investigation into this affair was actually initiated by the CEO of the company himself, Boaz Zafrir, who ordered an internal audit and examination of relationships with railway contractors at the beginning of 2013.
