Police say no indication that machete killing in southern Germany was terrorist

BERLIN - There is no indication that an attack by a machete-wielding 21-year-old Syrian refugee that killed a woman in the German city Reutlingen was linked to terrorism, police said on Sunday.
"Given the current evidence, there is no indication that this was a terrorist attack," police said in a statement.
