Poll: 40% of Likud voters would not choose party again

Forty percent of those who voted for the Likud in previous elections would not vote for the party again in the coming elections, a Channel Two survey revealed on Wednesday.

Thirty-two percent of those surveyed believed opposition leader Tzipi Livni (Kadima) most worthy to be prime minister, while only 28 % chose Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.

According to the survey, if elections were to be held right now, 32 mandates would go to Kadima, 29 mandates would got to the Likud, 15 mandates would go to Israel Beiteinu, 8 mandates would go to Shas, 8 mandates would go to Labor and only 1 mandate would go to Ehud Barak's newly formed Independence Faction.
