A premature baby who was accidentally pronounced dead last week died overnight Monday at the Assaf Harofeh Medical Center in Tzrifin. The baby boy was born in the 22nd week of gestation last Thursday. After a doctor pronounced him dead, his father discovered he was still alive. The Health Ministry has launched an investigation into the incident.
