President Trump orders all U.S. flags be flown at half-staff

To honor the memories of the eleven victims who were killed at Saturday's mass shooting at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh, US President Donald Trump ordered that all US flags be flown at half-staff from Saturday night, October 27 until sunset, October 31, 2018.
In a decree issued by the White House Saturday night, Trump said: "I hereby order that the flag of the United States shall be flown at half-staff at the White House and upon all public buildings and grounds, at all military posts and naval stations, and on all naval vessels of the Federal Government in the District of Colombia and throughout the United States and its Territories and possessions until Sunset, October 31, 2018."
