MOSCOW - Russian President Vladimir Putin could meet North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in the Russian Far Eastern city of Vladivostok in September, RIA news agency reported on Monday, citing diplomatic sources.
Other possible locations and dates are also being discussed, RIA said.
