MOSCOW - Russia's President Vladimir Putin has set up a new interdepartmental commission to combat terrorism financing, the Kremlin said on Wednesday. In a decree, Putin ordered the prosecutor general's office, the central bank and regional authorities to submit any information they may have on terrorist activities.
