Rabbi Moshe Levinger, ideological force behind Jewish settlement in Hebron, dies

The religious-Zionist movement was in mourning this weekend after news emerged that Rabbi Moshe Levinger, one of the founding fathers of the Jewish settlement drive in Hebron, died Saturday at the age of 80.
Levinger’s death follows a years-long struggle with illness. His funeral is scheduled for Sunday at 11:00 a.m. in Hebron.
