Remand of alleged retirement home rapist extended by 10 days

The Kfar Saba Magistrate's court on Tuesday extended the remand of suspected rapist Yaakov Avraham by ten days. Avraham, who works in a retirement home, was arrested for allegedly raping old, mentally frail female residents of the home. In the remand hearing police displayed incriminating photographs of the alleged acts, as well as the suspect's admission to the deeds. "What I saw today will keep me awake in the near future, as the images are extremely hard and severe," Judge David Gadol said in the hearing.
