Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu gathered the septet of leading cabinet ministers on Tuesday to discuss his upcoming trip to Washington, Israel Radio reported.According to Israel Radio, a high-ranking official said that the US will try to arrange a compromise during Netanyahu's July 6 trip. Israel will be asked to continue the current settlement freeze beyond ten months in exchange for direct talks with the Palestinians.The official said that such a compromise will face strong opposition in Jerusalem.
