Report: Criminal background to feared West Bank kidnapping

Channel 2 reported Thursday that there may have been a "criminal background" of the feared kidnapping of the Israeli in the West Bank which "turned into a terrorist incident."
Large numbers of police and IDF forces were searching for the Israeli who was reported missing Thursday afternoon in the West Bank near Hebron.
At around 4:15 p.m. on Thursday, Judea and Samaria police received an emergency 100 call from a youth who said that he and a friend had got stuck with a flat tire in the West Bank between Kiryat Arba and the Palestinian village of Beit Anun, and his friend who went to bring tools for the flat did not return to the vehicle.
