OSLO - The death toll in Norway's bomb and gun attacks rose to 93 from 92 after one injured person died in hospital on Sunday, public broadcaster NRK said.Norwegian press reported Sunday that Anders Behring Breivik, suspected of being behind the attacks, had been planning the bombing and shooting spree since at least autumn 2009.
