Report: Egypt's parliament approves three-month state of emergency

CAIRO - Egypt's parliament approved a three-month state of emergency on Tuesday, state television reported, days after two deadly church bombings killed at least 45.
The nationwide state of emergency was first declared by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on Sunday just after the attacks but required parliamentary approval according to the constitution.
