BENGHAZI, Libya - An explosion was heard in the rebel stronghold of Benghazi on Wednesday, said two witnesses in the coastal Libyan city.The cause and location of the explosion were not immediately clear. Al-Arabiya television said it occurred at a military camp, giving no further details.
