Gilad Schalit will undergo a surgical procedure on Friday to remove pieces of shrapnel from his hand, Chanel 10 reported.The shrapnel was lodged in his hand during the attack in which he was kidnapped.The procedure is to take place at Haifa's Rambam Medical Center.
