Report: ISIS beheads 4 youths in Syria; Russia announces cease-fire in Aleppo

Radical terror organization Islamic State beheaded four youths in the Syrian city of Raqqa Sunday for allegedly providing information to US-led coalition forces, according to Israel Radio.
Citing a Syrian human right's report, Israel Radio said that Islamic State militants accused the four youths of filming sites which were later bombed by the coalition.
Meanwhile, Russia announced Sunday a negotiated ceasefire between the Syrian Army and rebels in the city of Aleppo, which over the last 10 days has seen over 250 people killed and hundreds more injured.
