Report: N.Korea agrees to suspend uranium enrichment

North Korea agreed to suspend its enriched-uranium nuclear weapons program, AFP reported Saturday. 
Suspending uranium enrichment has been a major US demand for resuming  disarmament talks, AFP cited news reports as saying.
According to AFP, an unidentified diplomatic source was quoted by local media as saying Washington agreed to provide North Koread with up to 240,000 tons of food aid in return.
