Report: Regime ordered Syrian officer to use chemical weapons

A Syrian officer who defected to the Free Syrian Army told Al-Arabiya that during his service in President Bashar Assad's Army he was ordered to use chemical weapons against the rebel forces, Israel Radio reported.
The officer claimed that he changed the gas with chlorine in order to prevent killing.
