Report: Rioting Betar Jerusalem fans will not face charges

The police does not intend to proceed with charges against three Betar Jerusalem fans following rioting at the team's soccer practice, Israel Radio reported Sunday.
The three were arrested on Thursday for rioting over the addition of Muslim players to the roster. One of the suspects is alleged to have thrown stones on the team's parking area, another is suspected of running on to the playing field and attacking a security guard and the third is suspected of kicking team chairman Itzik Kornfein's car.
The three fans will not be allowed to enter Israeli soccer fields for upwards of one year, according to the report.
