Report: Saudi says breaks up 4 Islamic State cells

DUBAI - Saudi Arabia has broken up four cells belonging to militant group Islamic State and suspected of recruiting members to fight abroad, Saudi state television reported, citing an interior ministry statement.
It said 15 Saudi nationals, two Yemeni citizens and a Sudanese man were detained in a pre-emptive operation.
