Report: US satellites detected North Korean activity at nuclear site

New activity was detected at North Korea@@@s underground nuclear test facility by US satellites according to two US officials, CNN reported Tuesday evening.
According to the report, modifications around one tunnel entrance was identified. The officials did not say whether a sixth nuclear test is imminent but did mention that there is a concern for a test during a top Chinese diplomats visit to Washington Wednesday.
The officials said to CNN that updated military options dealing with North Korea will be presented to President Donald Trump to assist decision making if a nuclear test occurs.
