Rocket from Gaza lands in southern Israel, no injuries

A rocket fired from Gaza Thursday evening landed in Israeli territory near the border with the Strip.
The projectile allegedly landed in an open area in the Eshkol Regional Council. An explosion was reportedly heard in the nearby area.
No injuries or damage were reported.
Security forces were searching for remnants of the rocket.
