Russia says did not carry out air strikes on Syria's Idlib

MOSCOW - Russia's Defense Ministry on Tuesday said media reports that its planes had bombed the rebel-held Syrian city of Idlib were not true, Interfax news agency reported.
Residents and a rescue worker in Idlib said at least 15 people died in air strikes on the city on Tuesday, carried out by what were believed to be Russian jets.
