A resident of Sakhnin was arrested by police early on Wednesday on suspicion of inciting to violence on Facebook and an additional website. The suspect allegedly called for violence against a Muslim IDF officer, police said, encouraging physical attacks and vandalism. The deputy state prosecutor ordered police to arrest the suspect after viewing the online material.
