Saudi Arabia says it dismantles Islamic State cell in Riyadh

RIYADH - Saudi Arabia has dismantled an Islamic State cell in the capital Riyadh, Saudi-owned al-Arabiya television said on Thursday, citing a statement from the newly-created Presidency of State Security.
Saudi state television said security forces had killed two members of the cell, arrested five others and raided three locations, without providing details.
