Saudi royal decree sacks civil service, information ministers

RIYADH - Saudi King Salman in a royal decree on Saturday replaced the kingdom's information minister and sacked Saudi's civil service minister, setting up a committee to investigate allegations of abuse of that office.
The royal decree, broadcast on state-run Ekhbariya TV, also set up a national security center under the royal court and named Ibrahim al-Omar as governor of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority, known as Sagia.
