A bus driver in Modi’in Illit was arrested after a routine police check revealed that he did not have a license to drive a bus and never did, the Israel Police spokesperson said.
The driver, a resident of East Jerusalem, was driving a private bus of schoolchildren on their way to a Talmud Torah when he was pulled over for the examination.
