Senior Haifa hospital officials arrested in abuse of comatose patient

Police on Tuesday arrested three senior officials of Haifa's Elisha Hospital in connection with the physical abuse of a comatose 23-year-old patient by hospital staff which was caught on video.
The woman's family complained to Haifa police last week that staff members had been abusing her. The woman was hospitalized with severe brain trauma.
Six staff members were arrested in connection with abuse after the video tape came to light last week.
