Shai Raicher, the digital media director of the National Association of Community Centers, won a special election today for mayor of the Nahal Sorek Regional Council.
Raichner, a resident of Yad Binyamin, will replace Eli Escosido, who became director-general of the National Antiquities Authority.
The turnout in the race was 75.5%.
