Shaked meets with US AG Sessions on radical Islam, cyber threats

Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked met with US Attorney-General Jeff Sessions in Washington DC late Thursday as part of a US tour including attendance at the Jerusalem Post conference earlier in the week.

Shaked said that the two focused on the threat of radical Islam, cyber threats and transnational organized crime.

The justice minister did not reference the disagreement between the two countries over whether to extradite the JCC-bomb threat defendant from Israel to the US, a US request which to date Israel has refused.
