Israel feel its voice will finally be heard in the halls of the UN General Assembly with the help of the Trump administration's ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley, Israeli Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked stated Sunday at The Jerusalem Post
's annual conference in New York.
Referring to what Jerusalem sees as an anti-Israel bias at the United Nations, Shaked said that: "Today, we have a partner in the Trump administration in fighting it, and all unnecessary and illegal UN resolutions.""Israel is not the United Nations' punching bag anymore," she added. "We can see the change with Nikki Haley as the US Ambassador to the United Nations. This is the best news to come out of that building in years."
