Shin Bet: Israel nabs Palestinian terror cell over shooting attack on IDF troops

Israeli forces recently arrested a Palestinian terror cell, comprised in part by members of the Palestinian Authority security services, on suspicion of involvement of an April shooting attack on IDF soldiers at a West Bank checkpoint, the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) announced Sunday.
The Shin Bet said that investigations revealed that the members of the cell were behind the shooting on April 29 at the Khirbet Jabara crossing near the West Bank town of Tulkarm. The group was also found to have involvement in seven other violent incidents targeting IDF soldiers in the area along with two other attempted attacks.
The Shin Bet named the arrested suspects as Tahsin Ihsan Ahmad Salameh - a PA security services operative known to have a record of terrorist activities - PA security force member Tawar Mahmoud Salim Assiff, Adel Nabhan Abdallah Odeh, Jihad Gamal Ahmed Anbatz and Fadi Benan Muhammad Tsuan. All those arrested were from the Tulkarm region.
